Please add ability to import list of user records with role assignments.

We have large conference committees.  It's very time-consuming to provide them admin, review admin and session tabs as we have to search for each person individually and then make the assignments.  Just as we can import session information, rooms, etc., it would save a lot of time if we could upload a list of person IDs with the roles which should be added to those records.
