ScholarOne Abstracts Ideas

ScholarOne Abstracts Ideas is a community forum for clients to engage with each other and with the ScholarOne Product team around ways to improve the platform experience. Ideas submitted in this forum are useful in surfacing themes and items of critical importance to our users, prioritizing roadmap initiatives, and fine-tuning feature development.

We currently upload an affiliation list to our abstract submission site so that authors can start entering their affiliation and it populates while they are typing. It would be beneficial if you could add or plug in a database that normalizes affiliation names something like Ringgold's Identify database.

    Additionally, provide instructions for how to obtain and upload a new affiliation list.  Ours is currently from a 2015 site.
